As a little boy I already had the ambition to become the very best in the world. I always wanted to be on top of the podium and win a gold medal. I have professionalized my sport in such a way that I have been able to put myself on the map and now belong to the top of the world within my weight class. I am currently qualified for the Tokyo 2021 Olympics.

In addition to judo, I have another great passion, namely guiding young ambitious top athletes who want to do everything they can to get the best out of their sports career. Over the years I have learned a lot about the importance of having a well-structured diet in order to achieve peak performance. 

A few years ago I suffered from an energy shortage on match days and struggled with an unstructured diet. By optimizing my diet, I was able to make big steps forward. An example of this, what changed me was a pivotal moment I reached at the World Championships in 2017. I lost the semi-final to a Japanese in the golden score because I lost focus due to fatigue. After this I could no longer physically recover myself and lost for bronze. This was when I said to myself, this will NEVER happen to me AGAIN.

How much does the coaching program cost?

The costs of the program are discussed by telephone.

Am I bound by something when I register?

No. The first telephone contact is free of charge. During this conversation we can get to know each other and see if this program meets your needs. 

Why are there only 10 places available?

I think it is important to be able to give everyone personal attention and to keep the quality high. For this I have chosen a maximum of places.

I play at an amateur level, is this something for me?

Sure. As long as you have the ambition to improve yourself. The level does not matter.

Are you also available in addition to the live conversations?

Absolutely. A Whatsapp group is also being set up with which we can help each other even better. 

Does everything take place digitally?

Yes, the video calls are done via zoom. All shared documents go through google drive.
